Privacy Policy

- Balloon Academy will not sell, rent, lend, barter, or share our mailing list or membership or anyone’s purchase history with any outside company, group, or person for any reason whatsoever. The only exception would be if someone sent us a court order and we were legally obligated to comply. I can’t imagine a scenario where the authorities would need information on who bought a balloon video . . . . . but our lawyers made us carve out an exception for Big Brother.
- While credit cards are used to process orders we do not ever store financial information in our system. Credit card information is immediately sent off-site to be processed, and we can never see your credit card numbers or financial information or PayPal passwords.
- We occasionally send out emails with news and releases. You can easily unsubscribe or subscribe to those updates. We may also post the same stuff on facebook/twitter/linkedin/instagram/etc, which you can follow or ignore at your pleasure.
- Individual Artists that you purchase from, aka vendors on balloonacademy.com, may contact you separately from the Balloon Academy to inform you about their new endeavors. They also subscribe to this Privacy Policy and promise to never share your information.
- Like many WordPress sites, this website may automatically save personal data from your web browser, but rest assured, no human looks at that stuff, tracks it, saves it, shares it, or has any idea where it might be. Cookie data or browsing data may be in random logs buried in the server, but none of it would be financial or health or other sensitive information.

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments or reviews, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include anything we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
