Materials needed:
- You will need some basic framing supplies available from a local hardware store, such as conduit and a wrench, and a few items you need to order online.
- Once you make the frame you will need round balloons to cover it. The size of your frame determines the size of your balloons. Gary usually uses 11-inch round, undersized.
